Getting The Best Out of The Diaspora Adventure

African Youth are asset, not burden!

The biggest asset to Africa is her youth. Africa with its whooping population cannot afford to fail its people and the world. As at 2nd July 2021, the new United Nations reports put current population of Africa at 1,372,514,348; an equivalent of 16.72% of the total world population. In this, 60% of Africa’s population is under the age of 25, making it the world’s youngest continent.

If harnessed properly, the potentials of African youth are a big asset not just to Africa but the entire world. It is pertinent to act and drive the larger percentage of African youth towards positive engagements – sound policy drive will sure produce better result for a continent needing more thought leaders.
